Learn to better communicate with your dog with our training courses. All of our training is done with positive reinforcement. We don't use shock collars, hitting, shouting or raise our voice as training methods. K9Addie (named after the owner’s granddaughter) offers private training courses in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. We help owners and their pets develop a strong bond with our training and education that improves the dog’s behavior. For over 15 years, our team has successfully trained over 5,000 dogs, teaching them obedience, agility, and how to be faithful companions. To achieve this, all of our comprehensive programs adapt to a dog’s unique needs and personality, giving them the attention and care they deserve.

Our Methods

We believe that proper obedience training profoundly impacts a dog’s behavior. Our positive reinforcement methods have proven effective and humane, ensuring the dog understands commands and behaves without fear or punishment. We do not believe in treating dogs poorly during training, as inhumane methods harm the dog’s well-being. Instead, our dog trainers use strategies that complement the owner’s individual training, providing new and proven techniques to improve behavior.

To ensure accurate and tailored services for dogs, we offer a complimentary evaluation at your house/apartment. Our experienced professionals observe the dog in its natural setting, asking questions to understand their personality and needs. This process allows us to provide a personalized, accurate quote that fits the owner’s needs and suggest goals based on realistic expectations. Preparing for Our Private Training Sessions

  • Complete and sign an enrollment and waiver form specifying goals based on well-mannered behavior, competitive obedience, and therapy work.
  • Provide your dog’s proof of vaccinations.
  • Review payment arrangements and fees.
